• You must have your funds ready.
• With payment due immediately after.
• We leave a $10,000 check with the trustee if you are the winning bidder.
• The balance is due by close of business next day.
• There are no exceptions!
• The trustee will keep your $10,000 if you fail to perform the next day.
• Payment must be made in certified funds.

Funds to our office by 1pm… We’ll take care of payment.
