Mark Pozniak
Mark was born and raised in the north suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, and relocated with his family to Arizona in 1999. After a twenty-eight year career with GM as a Certified Master Technician and educator, he became a licensed real estate salesperson with a strong focus in the foreclosure market and trustee sales. He was one of the founding members of the first bidding service in the State of Arizona. His experience and countless success stories have helped developed his reputation as being the best. Marks daily research and on the job skill sets equip him with the knowledge to effectively provide a full-service to his clients. Mark specializes in Pinal County Sales and provides daily lists, drives reports, title searches, and bid services everyday at the Court House steps in Florence. Over the years Mark has procured over 300 million in volume sales, including buy and hold investor portfolios and fix and flip investments. He has built strong and lasting relations with other reputable bidding services across Arizona to provide County specific specialization teams too, delivering master of knowledge in those locations.
Steve Mutsaers
A graduate of Idaho State University with a Bachelors of Science degree Steve earned a football scholarship at the University of Arkansas as well as Idaho State University, where he achieved First Team All American. Steven was one of the founding members of another one of Arizona’s largest bidding services, where he ran the entire Trustee Sales bidding process. The relationships he developed with large title companies was key to helping catapult the bid service into one of the top in Arizona. With over ten years of operational and sales experience, Steven has developed an eye for how the real estate businesses work both the retail and trustee sale side. Through his Arizona Real Estate success he has led the charge on creating successful oilfield housing developments in both the Bakken Shale Oil region of North Dakota as well as the Eagle Ford Shale Oil region of Texas. Steve has fostered relationships with numerous oilfield related companies to help with their demand for housing.
Hal Feinberg
Mr. Feinberg has a business management degree from University of Arizona where he competed on the men’s tennis team for four years. An active real estate investor and business developer for more than twelve years, he has carved out his niche by becoming an expert in Oil Field Housing Development as well as Section 8 housing on the residential housing side. Hal owns more than 100 rentals throughout Phoenix, AZ metro area along with five other U.S. Cities. Having a knack for setting up successful management systems, Hal has successfully established more than ten oilfield housing developments in the Bakken Shale Oil Region of North Dakota as well as the Eagle Ford Shale Oil Region and Permian Basin of Texas. Through these housing developments, he has cultivated relationships with more than fifty large oil field companies to help with their housing needs.
Nicole Doty
Nicole has been a licensed agent in Arizona since 1998. Her career focused has been on Land Sale Transactions, the Residential Resale & Rental Market, Acquiring Foreclosures, and Investment based real estate. She has facilitated hundreds of transactions in her career, earning her a top producing spot in all the companies she has worked for. She has working experience in every aspect of the foreclosure bidding company including the day to day office procedures, vesting, title checks, bidding at all auctions, drive reports, and record keeping. Her real estate background, along with her organization and office management skills made her a key team member to one of the largest bidding services in Arizona where her contributions included the development of new systems such as: Drop Bids Lists, IRS Lien removal, and help create REO Auction Teams; all of which kept the company as a leader in its industry.
Shari Pozniak
Shari Pozniak is originally from the northwest suburbs of Chicago Illinois, and worked for a major health care system as an IT Manager for 15 years. She is happily married to her husband Mark Pozniak since 1986, and they have two sons Jamie and Jordan. Shari relocated with her family to sunny Arizona in 2000, where she began a new profession and career in real estate. She worked as an Assistant for a Realtor-Investor for ten years, obtaining her real estate license in 2004, and together created a successful Real Estate Company in the East Valley. Today, Shari works as an independent licensed agent with Gentry Real Estate Group. “Finding you that perfect home, or selling yours like it was my own”, is her motto when it comes to assisting buyers and sellers in todays or tomorrows market. As an active member of Arizonabids.com, Shari focuses on investors wanting to purchase and hold, or sell residential investment properties, and provides support to the companies overall auction bidding service goals. She has obtained certifications and designations through NAR as Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and is Certified Short Sale Property Expert (CSSPE). Shari also is an advocate for the Winged Hope Foundation and their mission of awareness and prevention of child abuse along with other domestic violence crimes. She is assisting Winged Hope in their search to locate the next East Valley Family Advocacy Center building that will provide service to multiple cities within Arizona.
Lisa Bailey
Lisa is a native of Arizona. After working 6 years in the automobile auction field of work she became a stay at home mom to raise her 3 kids.During that time she over saw the accounting records for her family owned and operated business, Bailey’s Brake Service. Upon re-entering the work force she became a member of one of the first bidding services in the State of Arizona where she over saw all the drop bids. Using her office management and accounting skills she is now the Director of Operations for ArizonaBids.
